女子会 Girl's Night -TCK [人事1 組織改革]
シンガポールの会社には、日本人の女性が6人働いています。今晩は、彼女たち（今回は3人）の「女子会」なるものに、参加しました。偶然、女性は皆「帰国子女」で、私の娘達もLAに住んでいるので、話は自然とその話になりました。海外で育つと、そうでない日本人より日本に敏感になるとか。。。
海外の帰国子女をTCK（Third Culture Kids)と呼ぶそうです。世界には、いろんな人たちがいるんですね。たとえば、I'm Palestinian/British, raised in the US, UAE and studied in France and Japan. Now live in the UK with my Syrian husband who was educated in Hungary.
一応、私の長女も、クエート生まれ、スイス、シンガポール育ち（と言っても小学校低学年までですが）、学校卒業してから、カナダ、アメリカ居住って感じです。日本には、もう住めないなんてほざいています。
シンガポール人もある意味TCKかもしれません。知り合いが、「我々は、英語も中国語もマレー語も話すけど、どれも完璧ではない」と言っていました。国が建国されて、まだ47年しかたっていません。歳をとっている中華系シンガポール人は、自分をもとは中国人だと思っているそうですが、若い人は、そうは思っていないそうです。
日本で最近よく話題になる「Global人材」ですが、TCKは、「世界人」なのでしょう、異文化あたりまえってな感じです。日本人だけですねKYとか言っている国民は。
