  Do you know "Foot Flexer" which strengthen to adjust the angle of your ankcle? You can run properly and faster if the angle of your ankle becomes 90 degree.

  As the final weapon of my running towards Singapore marathon, I tried this which I bought last year on last Sunday.

  After 8km test running, I couldn't continue to run because of my right leg's pain.

  Though I have a little pain today, I should start to do my training because I don't have enough time before the race. So I did the morning run at the gym in Bankok.

  After 4km, I had a heavy pain and stopped to run.

  Sooooh, what does it meannnnns? Did I spoil my right legggggggg?

  24 days to go to Singapore marathon...
