Legal Drug 脱法ハーブ [Others]
In Japan, selling and using a drug is a felony like other countries. However, I was so surprised at the news on TV explaining that a car crashed into a truck because the driver was smoking a drug.
How it’s possible? Since smoking a drug is a serious crime, people will not show or smoke it in a public place.
I have got to know that the drug the driver smoked was not an illegal one, but a normal herb with some chemical ingredients.
Of course, the police will ban to use these chemical ingredients immediately.
However, according to the news, these people will find out another chemical ingredient to mix with herbs. Then, they play a cat-and-mouse game with the police.
I feel something wrong. We should make the law that can identify these kinds of drugs as illegal ones even after the authority finds these legal stuffs could make some bad effect to the human brain.
