2011 Run [A1-a ランレッスン&トレーニング実績]
2011 was a memorial year for my athelete life because I tried triathlon for the first time in my life and also got the medal(3rd) of the inter company run.
The events in this year, as follows; (Jan) EDB Heritage Run (Feb)Tokyo Full Marathon with 2 colleagues from Singapore (Apr)J.P.Morgan Coporate 5.6km Run (Aug) OSIM Triathlon (Sep) Inter Company 5km Run with 350 employee and their families (Dec) Singapore Full Marathon with 340 employees and got 5th corporate ranking position.
The total mileage of running of 2011 was 1,199km which is the 4th record in my 10 years running history. I think the participation of various races with colleagues motivated me to do the training. Specially we did very intensive training of Triathlon. However I feel that there are the law of fixed annual amount of enthusiasm because I didn't do enough training even before Singapore marathon. Yes, I have used up most of my enthusiasm for Triathlon in this year!
So my target concerning running in 2012 is that I should make a kind of system of a constant training throughout the year. Actually if I run 5km in the every morning, it's okay. But it is quite challenging,lah...
To do the constant various race participation was good. So I will continue that.
(Feb) Tokyo Full Marathon with 7 colleagues from Singapore OCBC 60km Cycling (Mar) Lake Kenyir Triathlon (Apr) J.P.Morgan Coporate 5.6km Run → Actually This run events are held in 15 cities in the world. So we asked Australian team to participate in the same Australian event . We will ask all over the world to participate, too in 2012. (May) Sundown half marathon (Aug) OSIM triathlon (Sep) Intercompany 5km run Yellow Ribbon Prison 10km Run 2XU Mega Triathlon (Oct) Nike 10km Run Newton 30km Run (Dec) Singapore Full marathon Total 12 races
Secondly, as this year, I need the my colleagues support such as weekly running clinic (10km) and the weekend cycling training. In this year, we formed sports hobby club in the company. So I will actively participate in the training events of Running and Swimming club,too. We may do the training camp somewhere for the intensive training like Ria Bintan.
Thirdly, the gold gym has come to our building, so I can make use of it. The have shower facilities,too. And I will purchase the bike stationary trainer so that I can do the bike training at home.
