Sometimes, companies downplay or underestimate "diversity"

There are three reasons why companies promote "Diversity".

①to keep the human right as a coporate citizen (pay homage（amij）or respect, the disparity=gender equality, gender pay gap)

②to recruit quality talents who have a great aptitude widely

③to stimulate an organization to bring up an innovation by exchanging disparate or different (antagonistic or opposite)ideas

There are two reasons why we companies want to have a renowned or famouse certification about Diversity

①For employeer branding to attract quality talents

②The critelia of these awards becomes the efficient viable guidline for companies to execute their initiatives.
