Mini Triathlon [A2.トライアスロン(自転車・スイム)]
I had a triathlon clinic to do the whole process for the beginner today. It was quite informative and good experience.
During the swimming, the blood is distributed in the whole body because the body float horizontally. Then if you suddenly run, your feet will become tangled due to the lack of bood in the leg. So in order to avoid this, you should use your leg more at the last part of the swimming.
Who knows these kind of things !?
