Basketball　[A4.筋力トレーニング]

  We will have inter company basket tournament in Jul2(Sat). Basketball was very popular in my junior high school time and I did play a lot. So we have formed the team and resistered to participate.

  But, my junior high school time is 40 years ago! Can I play it now, this is a big question. So we did the parctice with 6 colleagues tonight.

 I remember the shooting image and did so. But the ball didn't reach to the basket. Yes, the muscle is not strong enough as before.

 I needed to adjust the strength for shooting.

 Anyway see what will happen in Jul2.
