I wrote the book which is for internal circulation only. It took more than two years to complete. And it is in a bilingual English and Japanese edition. The contents are a kind of summary which I have done in Singapore and theory based on the human behavior psycology.

【Preface】 Business leaders always say “our most important asset is human resource”. However, I see more leaders putting their priority to achieve the financial targets and not on human resource development. Of course, financial target achievement is very crucial. But this is more of a short term goal and human resource development is more a mid to long term objective. Many leaders tend to think this as a trade-off relationship. In other words, if you put priority on the long term objective, you will not be able to achieve the short term goal.
