企業対抗駅伝 - EKIDEN relay race [人事1 組織改革]
TOYOTA is organizing a huge inter EKIDEN relay running event every year which involves several thousands of the empoyees. And there used to be so many this kinds of events in the companies in Japan.
However it seems that these events are held less nowadys.

We are also the one who want to do the same. This is why we participated "EKIDEN race" with our colleagues in the same division and other divisions, total 40 peoples.
One team has 5 members and run 5km each.
We ran on the road alongside of Tamagawa river that is my home running course. It was beautiful weather and we enjoyed a lot.
My time was 28 mins 16 sec. It was rather tough for me.
The next race will not be a EKIDEN but "Warrior Dash", which is a crazy race to challeng a lot of obstacles. http://warriordash.jp/
